So currently dying a slow death from the cold from hell. Started off with a stuffy nose (can deal with that!) which truned into an earache, sore throat and swollen glands.............refusing 2 see a doctor till after Paddys day! I am Irish and cannot even consider not having a few scoops on our national day of accepted drunkeness! :-P Doesn't help that I should technically have a week off this week but have wonderful Proteomics labs from 9-5 on Mon, Tues and Thurs................not fun really.
So have 2 get over uber crush pronto.............................HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND!! Found out from his bff (who I also work with) last Thurs on the bus and I didn't really feel crap about it at the time...........but went out and had a few 2 many that night and ended up bawling to a stranger who I had spent the night kissing...............not what u'd call a turn on 4 the poor lad (and he was sooooo nice and everything!) Was also bawling in the taxi and when I got 2 my house the taxi man got out of the taxi 2 give me a hug.......................and felt my ass!! Ugh!! Freak! So what a bad night.............ended up in work on friday night (DYING!!) and lucky 4 me uber crush wasn't in. But he was in Sat, and his bff had told him what we were talkin about on the bus so I had a slight mortification moment but lucky I have a few acting skills up my sleeve, the ability 2 stop myself from blushing is quite handy sometimes! So moving on swiftly....................!!
So also on Thurs night Lisa had a Lorcan related meltdown.................Shes sooooo in2 him and the boy is a total playa! I hope she doesn't get hurt so tried to talk her out of liking him..............But I'm not sure she's gonna listen. All we can do now is see how things pan out and if he hurts her, kill him ;-)
Gonna start reading Twilight................have a serious block when it comes 2 the R-Patz/Kristin Stewart thing, just don't get them at all!! But I plan on putting my own faces 2 the characters............I like 2 do that!
On the optimistic front, the sunset was very pretty 2night, made me think about how good the world can be sometimes.......................4 some reason made me smile the whole way home. Have a feelings good things are on the way. Think I need something 2 smile about sometime soon, b4 the exam season kicks off! :-D
